Amazing pan, April 1, 2012 By  Yaamon - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?) This review is from: Scanpan Professional 12-1/2-Inch Wok (Kitchen) This is the 2nd ScanPan wok I've purchased---I have the larger size also. These pans are great for stir fries, and are great for frying fish---no sticking and excellent browning. The only downside is the handle is metal and gets hot.
