Fantastic zabaglione pan, November 15, 2010 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Mauviel M'Passion 2195.20 Copper 3-1/2-Quart Zabaglione Pan (Kitchen) I have loved fixing zabaglione for years, but lost my copper pan and could not get the same result without it. This pan is a replacement for my old pan is even better. It is durable, has enough thickness to distribute the heat from some boiling water in a two quart sauce pan beneath it, and is just the right size for 2-4 servings without overflowing. I love the Sicilian Zabaglione Recipe (Google it) for a three minute prep that has never failed to wow guests. The pan is also quite beautiful, and my wife is going to hang it on display in our new kitchen. This is not just a decorative product; it is a well built and functional pan and well worth the cost.
