Pizza Pan, September 14, 2008 This review is from: Farberware Insulated Bakeware 15-1/2-Inch Pizza Crisper (Kitchen) 8 minutes in a 600 degree oven and your pizza (fresh, not frozen) is bubbling and crispy on the bottom. It cooks evenly and, as long as you oil the pan a little, and don't pound your raw dough into the air holes, is very non-stick. Recommended for fresh or frozen.

I've also noticed its seems to make the pizza cook a little faster which is nice. It also gives it a nice crispy crust! Overall a very nice pan indeed

Everything that is baked from frozen, and fresh tastes better when heated on this pan. When we moved our precious pan disappeared! We have no idea where it went, how does that happen? Well, we missed this particular pan so much we asked for it on our wish list for Christmas! Alas, no one got it for us, so we got it for ourselves! We love it, and highly recommend it to anyone thinking of getting one.
